Becoming You! and The Continuum of Man: Complete come with a 14 day money back guarantee.

If the course is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions, no forms, no hard feelings.

After 14 days, or once a completion certificate has been issued, refunds are no longer available. When a refund is given, course access ends straight away.

Audiobooks and digital downloads

Audiobooks and PDF guides are digital products with instant access, so they cannot be refunded once downloaded.

If a file is faulty, incomplete or will not play, tell us and we will fix it or refund you in full.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time from your My courses page or the Stripe customer portal.

When you cancel, your coaching continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. We do not offer partial month refunds.

How to ask for a refund

Send us a message through the contact page with the email address you used to buy. We aim to reply within two working days, and refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
